Blogger doesn't much like self hosted blogs I see. Well, if you have come here via a comment link and especially if you are a BLM, you will be better off going to Patch of Puddles. Child Benefit.

I habitually don't do simple tasks that would be worth doing. Like filling in the new child's child benefit form within 3 months. I am my own worst enemy. Discuss.
